responsibilities

Media Strategy

• Act as a trusted advisor by offering a clear point of view on media decisions, audience targeting, and creative testing.
• Bring forward new ideas, opportunities, and relevant media trends that align with each client’s goals.
• Prepare and present media plans and reporting in a way that’s clear, insightful, and client-friendly.
• Take initiative to research insights and uncover opportunities that strengthen media recommendations.
• Maintain a working understanding of media channels and research tools and apply them thoughtfully to planning.
• Stay curious and engaged by attending industry events and continuing to build your media knowledge.

Campaign & Project Management

• Oversee the day-to-day flow of media activity for assigned clients, helping keep projects organized and moving forward.
• Guide campaigns from initial brief through reporting, working closely with both clients and the internal media team.
• Take a consultative approach to understanding client business objectives and translating them into thoughtful media solutions.
• Prepare meeting agendas, capture key takeaways, and follow up on next steps to keep everyone aligned.
• Use client briefs to gather the information needed to successfully launch and manage campaigns.
• Translate media strategies into clear action steps, timelines, and deliverables for the team.
• Help manage client budgets and billing processes, ensuring campaigns stay on track and expectations are clear.
• Share client successes in a timely way and celebrate wins with clients and the internal team.

Building Relationships

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, making it easy for them to get answers, guidance, and support for all media-related needs.
• Take the time to understand each client’s goals, preferences, and communication style, and adjust your approach accordingly.
• Build trust through consistent, timely communication and proactive management of projects and deadlines.
• Partner closely with media and misc. outside partners to ensure smooth collaboration and seamless experience for clients.

Requirements

• 6+ years of proven experience overseeing media and campaign strategy for various brands.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field highly preferred.
• Efficiency with project management software such as Airtable, Asana, etc.

Salary

$80,000-$110,000 per year

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to communicate orally. Hearing and vision within normal ranges with or without an assisted hearing device.
• Occasional exertion of up to 25 lbs. of force may be required.
