Summary of the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Digital Media Buyer who thrives on solving complex challenges, loves digging into data, and is always looking for ways to improve campaign performance. This position is responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing programmatic, paid social, and search campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with our team to help ensure digital strategies support overall business goals by analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and making strategic adjustments to drive digital campaign success for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Programmatic Advertising
- Develop, set up, and manage programmatic campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance, optimize for better ROI, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Stay current on DSP enhancements and upgrades.
Social Media Advertising
- Develop and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide reports on campaign effectiveness and engagement.
Search Marketing (SEM)
- Create, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads, and other search engines as needed.
- Conduct keyword research, develop ad copy, and manage bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance.
- Analyze and report on performance metrics.
Campaign Execution
- Implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the client’s objectives.
- Manage digital campaign proposals, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Reporting and Analytics
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track and measure campaign performance.
- Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign effectiveness, including recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on any of the following: programmatic advertising, social media, and search marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other performance enhancement techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with a DSP or a programmatic platform (The TradeDesk, DV360, StackAdapt, etc.).
- Experience with Airtable, or other project management software.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Trade Desk, Google Analytics).

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to communicate orally. Hearing and vision within normal ranges with or without an assisted hearing device.
- No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of up to 25 lbs. of force may be required.
- The job is primarily performed indoors in a traditional office setting. Extended periods of sitting and extensive work at a computer and phone are normal.
