Position Overview:

This position is responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing programmatic, social media, and search marketing campaigns. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with business goals and contribute to the overall success of our client’s marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Programmatic Advertising:
• Plan, set up, and manage programmatic advertising campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance, optimize for better ROI, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend helpful solutions for current and future campaigns.

Social Media Marketing:
• Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat and TikTok.
• Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, respond to inquiries, and manage online community.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide reports on campaign effectiveness and engagement.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
• Create, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads, and other search engines as needed.
• Conduct keyword research, develop ad copy, and manage bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance.
• Analyze and report on SEM performance metrics.

Campaign Execution:
• Implement digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Manage digital marketing proposals, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Reporting and Analytics:
• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track and measure campaign performance.
• Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign effectiveness, including recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on programmatic advertising, social media, and search engine marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Trade Desk, Google Analytics).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other performance enhancement techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
• Experience with the programmatic platforms The TradeDesk, DV360, StackAdapt or AdRoll.
• Experience with Airtable or other project management software.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to communicate orally. Hearing and vision within normal ranges with or without an assisted hearing device.
• No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of up to 25 lbs. of force may be required.
• The position is hybrid – in office at least 3 days per week.
• The job is primarily performed indoors in a traditional office setting. Extended periods of sitting and extensive work at a computer and phone are normal.
