The Opportunity
This is more than just an operations role, it’s a chance to be the CEO’s trusted right hand, helping translate vision into execution and running the day-to-day so they can focus on strategic growth. You’ll lead everything from team structure and workflow systems to client onboarding and resourcing, with a clear eye on scale and sustainability. You’ll play a hybrid role: part operator, part culture builder, part strategic integrator.
Key Responsibilities
Business Operations & Execution
• Oversee internal operations and workflow systems to ensure clarity, speed, and alignment
• Audit and optimize use of project management tools (currently Airtable)
• Introduce and implement scalable systems, playbooks, and SOPs
• Translate CEO’s strategic ideas into actionable and trackable operational plans
• Work with CEO and Leadership Team to turn vision into roadmaps, meeting cadences, and milestones
• Lead weekly leadership syncs, agency standups, and operational dashboards
Leadership & Strategic Support
• Serve as a thought partner and sounding board to the CEO/Partner
• Filter and prioritize high-level initiatives and ensure follow-through
• Own internal communications and cross-functional alignment
• Anticipate business needs and proactively propose solutions
• Track company goals and team accountability across functions
Organizational Development
• Develop scalable systems and training frameworks to onboard and support team members effectively.
• Foster a culture of accountability, alignment, and continuous improvement.
• Create system that can be trained, replicated and can scale.
Team & Culture Management
• Foster a culture of growth, clarity and collaboration
• Run clear, productive, and motivational team meetings
• Lead team performance cycles, goal tracking, and feedback systems
• Support team alignment with strategic goals and KPIs
• Encourage and organize continued education and professional development
• Manage personnel with integrity and transparency, including handling tough conversations when necessary
Client Experience & Sales Support
• Oversee and optimize the new client onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition from sale to service
• Collaborate with the sales team to nurture warm leads, clearly communicate the value of working with Power, and ensure operational readiness
Financial & Strategic Oversight
• Understand and manage agency pricing models, resource utilization, and profitability metrics
• Collaborate with leadership to support digital growth goals through operational excellence
AI & Efficiency Innovation
• Explore and implement emerging tools (including AI) to streamline processes and operations
• Identify automation opportunities across admin, creative and reporting processes
Requirements
• 8+ years of senior operations or senior leadership experience in a marketing, media, or agency environment
• Proven experience managing remote teams and operational transitions
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Strong understanding of digital tools and workflows, especially project management software (Airtable or similar)
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into business processes is a plus
• Comfortable with direct communication and team management
• Knowledge of agency resourcing, pricing, and staffing models
• Experience supporting and enhancing a company’s sales process through operational alignment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement ideas with clarity and consistency

• 110k – 135k annual salary DOE, with bonus opportunity
