Media & Project Coordinator

Location: Spokane, WA (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
• Coordinate trafficking systems for print, radio, TV, and digital campaigns with media partners, and vendors.
• Assist with proofing advertising copy and creative.
• Assist with media buying process, earned media promotions associated and double checks.
• Organize all confirmed media buys and back-up documentation necessary.
• Assist with media digital campaign preparation and strategy.
• Assist with client meeting preparation and presentations.
• Assist with new project research.
• Provide general support for the media buying department, CEO and AE’s.
Requirements
• 2+ years professional experience (advertising and/or marketing agency or department experience is a bonus)
• Client-service oriented with a team player attitude and the flexibility to manage evolving responsibilities.
• Extremely organized and willing to use processes.
• Strong communicator.
• Analytical and creative abilities along with strong time management skills.
• Knowledge of AirTable a bonus.
• Solution oriented.
• Interest and excitement to take on a position that may shift and grow as the company evolves.

Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to communicate orally. Hearing and vision within normal ranges with or without an assisted hearing device.
• No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of up to 25 lbs. of force may be required.
• The position is hybrid – in office at least 3 days per week.
• The job is primarily performed indoors in a traditional office setting. Extended periods of sitting and extensive work at a computer and phone are normal.
